Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with defective products.

• Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
• Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
• Refunds may be issued for defective products only
• All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Starstuck Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
